21 Pounds in 21 Days

Day 10 – Back on schedule

Lost the ½ pound I gained yesterday, so yahoo to that news.  Still down 8 pounds, but clothes are definitely fitting better.  Still fatigued but I think it’s because I only drink 3 of the drinks a day and sometimes only 2, I just can’t handle more than that.  I didn’t have a chance to walk today, so will have to go out really early tomorrow, suppose to hit 99 around here.  Tonight I’m going to drink the B Monster fruit drink by Odwalla, it is loaded with vitamin B and I think that will give me the extra energy I need and it is delicious.  Well another day down, only 11 to go –whew!  Kate

  1. Be careful of Odwalla, it has suger or another ingredient we are not to have.
