Day 2 after Detox Diet – So Satisfied

I am so happy.  This morning I only gained ½ pound and I was thrilled, after all, I added all that food yesterday and know it contained salt and protein that I hadn’t eaten in the last 3 weeks.  I was sure the salt would add more than ½ pound.   Today, I had a grain cereal for breakfast, high in calories – 250, I was so surprised at how small a serving was, just ½ cup, I’m sure I have been eating a whole cup every morning for breakfast, no wonder I was gaining weight.  I never measured my food before I started my detox diet; I am now making sure that I stay true to a serving so I can eventually lose the additional weight I need to reach my goal.  My food intake is definitely taking a lot of will power because I am still very hungry today.  After my sushi and seaweed salad for lunch I could have eaten a lot more food.  So far so good with not eating any more than I should, but honestly I was still hungrier than I like after lunch and finally filled up at dinner.  Kate
