Day 4 – Things are Looking Good Now

No weight gain today and I feel great.  It’s funny but it’s only been 4 days since I stopped the diet and I’m already planning on going back on it in a month.  My clothes fit really great now and I am just so glad I stuck with the diet for the 19 days.  Next time I’m going to try a 14 day detox diet instead of 21.  Too many things come up within a 3 week period and I think 2 weeks is reachable.  I’ll start my blog up again on Sept 10 when I detox again.  Good luck to everyone on the diet and thanks for checking in on my site.  Kate

    I’m definitely going back on the diet on Sept 10, but I really am not the interested in the detox part, just the diet part. So I’m going to just make canned soups and not soup from scratch, unless it’s a soup I already make for my family. I think the diet will still work because the calories are so low. I don’t like the green drinks very much, but I do believe this diet works and to me it seemed a lot easier than starving all the time and I actually lost weight - so yahoo to that! Blogging really helps a lot, not sure why, but it kept me faithful to myself, so that’s why I will blog again. Kate

    I hope you’re having good luck on your maintenance. I look forward to reading your blogs again starting September 10th. I’m on day 17 & have lost 15 pounds. I can’t wait to get back to real food. But I agree that despite the cravings, this is an easy way to lose weight. Talk to you again soon.

    I have been keeping up with your blog and you are doing tremendous! I actually am looking forward to getting back on the diet again. I have still kept off 6 1/2 pounds of the 12 1/2 that I lost. I know I won’t like the drinks, but I know they work. I have not noticed any big cravings of any particular food after about a week off the diet. But I can tell you, the food tasted so delicious those first few days, you will understand once you start eating again, something about all the flavors seeming very vibrant to the taste buds. I’m glad you are going to keep blogging during your after diet detox, I look forward to seeing how you do. I’m gearing up for next week - my husband is on vacation this week and I just knew I wouldn’t be able to not eat with him home all the time - the weather is beautiful and the grill keeps calling our names.
